How to use
Remove applicator from box, do not use if safety tab is broken. Hold the narrow end of the applicator up, twist off the tab and discard. Carefully insert the narrow end of the applicator deep into the vagina and press the end of the plunger 2-3 times to introduce Conceive Plus® into the vaginal cavity.
Remove it while continuing to squeeze the end of the plunger and then discard. Each applicator is for single use only and cannot be stored or reused once opened. Can be used 10-15 minutes before sexual activity to allow moisture to distribute throughout the vagina. Each applicator contains 4 grams of Conceive Plus®. We recommend using Conceive Plus® multiple tubes if additional moisture is required or using a different applicator. The Conceive Plus® multiple tube can be used in conjunction with the prefilled Conceive Plus® applicators for intravaginal use.

We have not conceived yet. I am still hoping this will help. The texture of the lubricant is more sticky than I thought. But it is good which means we do not need to use a lot every time. It helps with dryness and reduce discomfort - provided that you do no overuse it.
